Our Philosophy

Children’s House Montessori, Agoura Hills is a culturally diverse community concentrated on the care, education, and success of all children. We focus on the innate curiosity of children to encourage self-motivated learning. In addition to academic knowledge, we aid in developing life skills, independence, and a concrete foundation for children to build upon in their elementary years.  

The developmental stages from birth through 6 years old are incredibly dynamic, it is our mission to support you and your child during this vital period of growth and change.

The Montessori Method is both a philosophy and a practice developed in the 1900s that used scientific observation, conducted by Dr. Maria Montessori.  We implement this method to stress the importance of developing self-confidence, while simultaneously using their individual strengths to harbor success.
